Patient Forum
We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff? We have a Patient Participation Group who works in liaison with the practice to ensure that we are representing the needs of all patients (see next tab)
In addition, there is a Patient Forum that meets quarterly. This group provides speakers to give presentations on a number of health-related topics decided by the Forum, as well as give patients an overview of the local health provision. The practice offers representation in both of these groups for the benefit of the patients.
